The Shortlist Index

We publish what we find. All of it.

Every quarter we run a study of who gets named by AI assistants in a defined industry, using a fixed question set and a published method. The findings go out free, ungated and complete, including the dataset.

We do this for three reasons and it is worth being honest about all of them. It is useful to the people in that industry. It is how we learn what actually moves. And it is the most direct demonstration of our work that exists, because research of this kind is exactly the sort of thing the assistants cite.

The failure log

What did not work.

Most agencies publish only their wins, which is why nobody believes agency case studies any more, including us.

So we publish the other ones. What we tried, what we expected, what actually happened and what we now think we got wrong. It costs us a little pride and it saves you the trouble of finding out the expensive way.

Nothing logged yet. The first honest account is coming.
